Jonah Flannel Board Story

This 19 piece "printed" flannel board story made from my own original pictures is based on the Old Testament Bible story of Jonah and his call from God to tell the people of Ninevah to repent.

Pieces included are: Jonah, Sailors, Captain, Ship, Ticket, Casting Lots, Wind, Rough Sea, Calm Sea, Sleeping, Whale, City of Ninevah, People of Ninevah, Plant, Sun, Worm, Withered Plant, Prayer, and Love (heart).
Also included is a fully laminated story cards: Jonah and the Big Fish
(see exerpt from story below)

Exerpt from the story:
"When they asked Jonah why God was mad at him he told them he was scared to do what God had asked him to, so he had run away. Then the men asked Jonah what they should do to make the sea calm again. Jonah told the men they should throw him overboard, then they would be safe. But the men didn't want to throw him out of the ship. The men tried really hard to row the ship back to land. But they could not, the storm was too wild.
After they realized they couldn't get the ship back to land they knew they had to throw Jonah into the water. As soon as Jonah was gone from the ship the storm stopped and the sea was calm again.
God sent a big fish to swallow Jonah. Jonah was in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights. While he was in the fish's belly he prayed to God. He told God he was sorry and that he would go tell the people of Nineveh to repent.
The Lord heard Jonah's prayer and forgave him. The fish spit Jonah onto dry ground. Jonah got up and went to Nineveh like God had asked him to..."

Daniel Flannel Boardy Story

This 16 piece "printed" flannel board story made from my own original pictures is based on the Old Testament Bible story of Daniel and his friends, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

Pieces included are: Young Daniel, Three Friends, King Nebuchadnezzer, Meat and Wine, Pulse and Water, Melzar, Dream, Pray, Gold Image, Furnace, Tie (rope), Daniel, Darius, Princes, Signed Law, Lions.
Also included are two fully laminated story cards with the following stories: Daniel and His Friends; Daniel and the King's Dream; Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and the Fiery Furnace; and Daniel and the Lion's Den.
(see exerpt from story below)

Exerpt from the story:
"Even though Daniel knew what the law was and what the punishment was he still went home and prayed, with his window open, just like he always did. The leaders who did not like Daniel saw him praying. They quickly went to the king to talk to him. They reminded the king about the law and the punishment. After the king agreed that the man they found would have to be thrown into the lion’s den they told him it was Daniel they had found praying. When the king realized it was Daniel he was so upset with himself for signing the law. Daniel was his friend and he didn’t want him to die. He tried so hard to change the law to save Daniel, but it was impossible. At the end of the day he had to allow Daniel to be thrown in with the Lions.
The king told Daniel, “Your God who you always serve, He will save you”. Then the king had a stone placed on the den and went home and spent the night without eating or sleeping.
Early the next morning the king hurried to the lions’ den. He sadly called for Daniel and asked if his God had saved him from the lions. Then Daniel answered, “Oh king, live for ever. My God sent his angel, and shut the lions’ mouths, that they could not hurt me...”
